Live at the Empire

Superstar US stand-up Rob Delaney, best known as co-star of Channel 4's much-loved sitcom Catastrophe, headline a huge night of laughs at the Hackney Empire, Hackney Central. Joining him will be Nina Conti, Bridget Christie, Rhys James and John Robins.

Healthy, fun and guilt-free culinary Really Rice collaborate with Grow for a five-week pop-up, serving up rice and grain-based dishes with flavours of the world. Plus a few new and exciting products.

Reggae Tots!
