Voodoo Ray's (Dalston)
The original Voodoo Ray's in Dalston was set up by the owners of nearby Dalston Superstore to cater for those wanting a quick slice of pizza and a drink, before or after, clubbing.
It proved to be a popular concept and Voodoo Ray's - named after the acid house anthem by A Guy Called Gerald - has since expanded to a four strong mini-chain across London. Inspired by the best Italian American traditions, Voodoo Ray's bake massive 22" New York-style pizzas and serve them by the slice.
The menu choice combines high quality ingredients with unique flavour combinations. There is also an ever changing range of craft beers from breweries near and far such as Beavertown, Brooklyn, Kona, Red Hook, to mention just a few.
Voodoo Ray's is also known for its signature frozen margaritas, made using golden reposado tequila, agave syrup and fresh citrus made on-site in slushie machines.
