Fifteen in Hoxton is the first restaurant ever opened by famed TV chef Jamie Oliver way back in 2002.
Since then it's been recruiting unemployed or under-qualified 18 to 24-year-olds from the local area and training them to become qualified chefs.
And the Italian-inspired food is pretty damn good too. The menu uses seasonal ingredients from UK to create in-house produce, ranging from fresh pasta, breads and ice cream to cured meats and cordials.
Plus on the drinks side, they've got a team of award-winning bartenders who know how to mix a wicked cocktail.
The restaurant and bar is a beautiful space, spread over two floors, which is also available for hire.
