A Broadway Market institution, the Dove has been going strong now for over 20 years, long before the area became achingly fashionable.
Its extensive range of Belgian beers, real ales and ciders, plus hearty food, including Sunday lunch, mean it is as popular as ever, despite the increasing local competition.
The menu changes seasonally and features Belgian and British classics with a selection of Thai dishes too, which are served in the main pub or the Dove's adjoining dining rooms.
A quirky wood-panelled interior, warmed by open fires and candle light make it a cosy winter bolt-hole, while drinkers lazily sprawl out across the street in summertime. Just remember to check the percentages on some of their more obscure Belgian beers, or you might end up in the gutter.
