London Fields Fitness Studio aims to make exercise fun with inclusive classes for participants of all abilities and ages.
After years of working in commercial central London gyms, founder Sapan Sehgal wanted to create the anti-gym: a fun and friendly space, that everyone would feel welcome, with less machines and mirrors.
Bespoke classes include Booty Camp, Yoga HIIT, and Hula Fit with a focus on body-weight based exercises. There's also training sessions outdoors in nearby London Fields.
